I Care Because
I went through a minor depression myself, that is why I stand up for what is right at my school. My friend is going through tough times himself. He has no Mother, Farther or siblings. Everyday I see him, trade greetings, be friends. I always help someone in need. I help, I care, I befriend.

Bullying has always been a problem for me ever since 2nd grade till now. At first i used to beleive it and try to chage myself for their benifit. But then i relized that being myself is not a crime.

I know what it feels like to be bullied. It is not a good feeling. When you go home after school, you should feel happy and proud that you had a good day, not go home and cry into your pillow because you were bullied. If you feel pressured, sad, alone, or bullied you should always go and tell an adult right away. or just walk away from the bully and ignore them. It is hard to stand up to a bully or to stand up to someone who is being bullied. But once you learn how to stand up for yourself you won't be able to let anyone stand in the way of you. I say that we put an end to bullying. Who's with me? I want everyone to feel good about themselves because I care.

I have been bullied my whole life, and it needs to be stopped. No one deserves to be afraid to go to school, go home, or to even keep living. We all need to band together to help prevent other cases of bullying from popping up to torment other students.

I've been on both ends of the stick. I've been the bully, and I've been bullied. People at my school don't realize that people change, and aren't willing to give the second chances some people desereve. I want to help the kids who feel like they have no one because that's all I wanted when I was down... was someone to be there and really care and that's what I want to be to someone. It's out of hand the way some kids are feeling about themselves because of other peoples opinions. It has to stop and I don't know what it's going to take for some people to realize it. But I'm going to spend the rest of my life being the voice of the ones whose voices are too shakey to do it on their own.
