I Care Because

How come whenever I turn on the news, I see a autistic person being bullied? Why them? They're not any different then us? Just because they have autism? Seriously, people, you can do much better, by NOT BULLYING!!!!!!!
If you think about it, we're almost all the same! And what we're different, we have to be tolerant about!
(Tolerance means that you accept people for who they are)

I care because (even though i've never been 'bullied') i could imagine that it would be a never ending tunnel of PAIN. I've had people talk about me, start rumors, and i've lost friends. Thats hurt a lot already. I don't consider it bullying. But im trying to make a change. Pheobe Prince was bullied because she was from ireland? I may be only 13 but thats absolutley WRONG! But i just wanted to comment. Share my thoughts. If someones being bullied don't just stand there. DO SOMETHING! :)

There are so many people i hear that get bullied at the school that im going to next year . I pledge to stop the bulling that I see , even if it means i get bullied

Ashley, 11, Maryland

I never knew bullying existed. I saw sarcastic jokes here and there but that was until severe bullying happened to me. I have been through everything from guys at my school from getting punched in the stomach to being told to hang myself. What I have to remind myself every time is I have friends and a family that loves me. Instead of making it a negative, I turn it into a positive by helping others. So to all of those bullied out there stay strong and know people are there to help.

I care because I have been bullied partly because of my height in elementary school. I feel sorry for those who have been bullied because I can have empathy for them since I've been through bullying.

Anna, 10, New Hampshire

Ever since i can remember i've been let down by my peers. I've got psychological problems along with trust issues all because of all the lying and dissapointment i have faced not just at school but everywhere i go. i've gone from hating myself to hating the world, and i know i'm not alone. bullying isnt something that fades over time either, its a lifelong struggle, and it needs to stop.
