I Care Because

First grade through fourth grade I was bullied and everyday I came home crying my eyes out. My mom and the school didn't believe me, but one day my mom saw it happen. She tried to get the school involved but they wouldn't so she pulled me out of private school and put me in public school. I'm still bullied sometimes but it's not as bad as it was. I have a lot of friends now. No one believed me at first and it was horrible. I feel for everyone whose being or been bullied. Every time you see someone being bullied, Help. Even if you don't like the person, you need to stand up. Would you want to be bullied every day of your life and no one stand up or help you? Think about it.

i get bullied all the time, i've been called just about every name there is...i know how all of you are feeling, the bullying hasn't ended yet but i have hope that someday it will. i have an 8 year old brother and a 10 year old stepsister, they already get bullied and i can't stand it, so i'm trying to go into the schools and talk to the students there. bullying needs to end, not a single person deserves to feel the way i /we do. i hope that everyone that gets bullied can someday look back and know that it only made them stronger...<3

I care about this a lot because was bully when I was in 1,2,and 3 grade I thought that when I move to a new house and a new school things would change but they didn't bully me because of my appearance. When I told my teacher she did nothing it when on like this in till fourth grade there I made new friends and help me. Now my friend is getting bully and I want to help her.

melinda, 14,

While I'm sitting at home crying wondering how I got put into this situation, your hear talking to me on the phone telling me everything is going to be alright. I care because I may not be here right now, but because of those of my friends who have been here for me, have helped me get through my struggles. Bullies only make me stronger now that I know I can be brave. I can stand up for what I know is right.
Thank you bullies for making me a better person.
Thank you too all those who have helped me over come my struggles
And to all those who are still struggling today, everything is going to be okay and each and every one of you are unique and different, and in any humanly way possible beautiful. <3
