POSITION: Executive Coordinator
SUPERVISOR: Executive Director
STATUS: Full time, salaried, exempt status
RESPONSIBILITIES/ROLES:
- Provide administrative support to Executive Director
- Reply to correspondence; letters and emails
- Respond to and handle telephone calls
- Monitor daily calendar and schedule appointments, meetings and conference calls
- Schedule and arrange travel itineraries
- Assist with coordinating materials for Board of Directors and other events or meetings
- Assist with preparing meeting notices and agendas
- Take minutes for Board of Director Meetings and other executive meeting as necessary
- Schedules the logistics of orientation of new employees
- Provide orientation to new employees
- Assist with preparing of foundation grants
- Assist with Benefit activities
- Assist with building management and issues
- Maintain a current filing system
- Other activities as required
REQUIREMENTS and QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to work well with others
- Experience/skills in writing
- Well organized
- Good speaking skills
- Ability to maintain good records
- Excellent computer skills with a knowledge of Windows systems
SALARY: To be determined based on experience
