Workshop Description: Come hear about the person-centered planning process and begin to create your son/daughter’s housing plan. This workshop provides an opportunity for families to think about the first steps needed in helping their son or daughter with a disability prepare to move out of the family home. Topics include independent living skills, support networks, and parents’ real-life journeys through the housing process.
