Workshop Description: Transition planning is an important step in preparing your student for life after high school. Participants at this workshop will learn how to help their students achieve their dreams and goals. Topics will include: using the IEP to develop transition services, having high expectations, understanding age of majority and transfer of rights to the student, identifying required transition areas for planning, and learning about adult services.
