Parent Advocacy Coalition for Educational Rights (PACER) Center

PACER Center’s mission is to improve and expand opportunities that enhance the quality of life for children and young adults with physical, mental, emotional, and learning disabilities and their families. PACER Center is the ALLIANCE National Parent Technical Assistance Center, which provides technical assistance to 107 Parent Training and Information Centers throughout the country. PACER Center’s programs help parents become informed, effective representatives for their children from early childhood through integration as adults.
