PACER's Programs for Professionals
PACER has a variety of programs designed to assist and support professionals who work with children and young adults with disabilities.

EX.I.T.E. Professional Development Opportunities

Volunteers are needed to assist with the Technology for Girls Workshop Series taking place the winter of 2009-2010. and the EXploring Interests in Technology and Engineering (EX.I.T.E.) camp. Volunteers must be creative, energetic, and have experience or an interest in working with students with disabilities. Tasks would include assisting girls with experiments, classroom management, and program set-up.

Two teachers are needed to assist with the 2010 EXploring Interests in Technology and Engineering camp. This summer's camp will take place during the month of August, 2010 and is a significant professional development opportunity and a chance to learn new tools to incorporate into your classroom. Teachers must have experience working with students with disabilities and an interest in science, technology, engineering, and math.
