CELL is a research-to-practice technical assistance center funded by the U.S. Department of Education, Office of Special Education Programs, Research to Practice Division. The main goal of CELL is to promote evidence-based early literacy learning practices by early childhood intervention practitioners, parents, and other caregivers of young children.
The Tots 'n Tech Research Institute (TnT) is an inter-university collaboration between Thomas Jefferson University (TJU), Philadelphia and Arizona State University (ASU), Tempe. TnT’s mission is to provide up-to-date information and resources about AT use with infants and toddlers for states, Early Intervention providers of all disciplines, and families across the country.

ITLC offers online workshops focusing on the use of technology to promote emergent literacy.
KidSmart Early Learning Program

Created in collaboration with the Center for Children and Technology, Bank Street College of
Education, and United Way, the site is in nine languages and includes a guide for parents to encourage early learning at home.
It also includes a section for preschool teachers that details how they can best use technology to support learning in their classrooms.
