The Campaign for Disability Employment is a collaborative effort convened by the U. S. Department of Labor's Office of Disability Employment Policy (ODEP) to promote positive employment outcomes for people with disabilities by encouraging employers and others to recognize the value and talent they bring to the workplace. The "Because" PSA reflects ODEP's priorities to increase expectations of youth with disabilities, their parents, teachers, coaches, and mentors, as well as future employers about what persons with disabilities can achieve in their careers.
