Keeping a Job
Now that the job has been obtained, the real challenge begins, keeping it. Some youth may require job accommodations that help a qualified worker do assigned job duties. Others may explore how postsecondary education can help build skills needed for career advancement. Understanding how to be successful on the job can lead to less bumps in the employment road.
