I Care Because
I am bullied and i feel lonely. My life has been miserable since that day on. My grades went down and there's nothing to live for. The words are stuck on my mind and its killing me inside.

i care because i was a target for bullies. but im learning how to become my own person and stand up for myself. they call me names but i dont listen i know my friends will stand by me no matter what. so i can stand up and be who i want to be and not let bullies pull me to rock bottom.

I see the effects of bullying in our school systems all the time. The schools here have a zero tolerance policy, which really means they are not really listening or helping the bully or the victim. The success of implementing programs to lessen this horrible trend is directly related to getting our nations schools test scores up, which will effect our economy long term, which will help us all, not just the kids involved! I wish everyone would wake up and see this as something they should pay attention to.

I think bullying matters because alot of kids think it is funny to hurt others but it does not just hurt others it can cause alot more then that! If we can all work together bullying can end!
