CHOYCE, 11, GA

I care because bullying is a wrong thing to do. Its just why do they do that, is something wrong with them or they just need attention.

"i've been bullied by some neighbors when i was in grade 2 because of my nickname, and my parent still don't know i've been bullied."

cen, 11, ph

my big sister was bullied and I see a lot
of other innocent kids being bullied.
It's not cool cuz probably the kid
has it hard enough already. I want to
make a difference.

Cristina, 12, Hawthorne, CA

I know what it feels like to be alone, to feel worthless and to be hurt. I've been bullied for 3 years, and the 3 years after that weren't any easier. I got into a depression, I was on the verge of killing myself for a long, long time. I was one of the lucky people that learned to live, I am one of the lucky ones still being alive. But there's so many people out there that don't have the strength I have, and it feels terrible knowing I probably can't help them.

Chaya, 15, The Netherlands

Bullying isn't a very easy thing to get rid of. More than 50% of students are bullied every year. But with the help of the community, our school board, and the students we can end bullying. I have been in your shoes, bullying was something I couldn't bear in 6th grade. So everyone do your part and end bullying!

Sam, 13, South carolina

I have been bullied so much and I know it hurts. The people at my school have good hearts, but they don't know how bad it feels to be bullied. There used to be one kid at my school who everyone treated differently. Even though he tried to be everyone's friend, they gave him the cold shoulder. The worst part was: They didn't understand that what they were doing was bullying. Even the teachers and coaches began teasing him. I tried to stand up for him, but then everyone would just bully me. The bullying got so bad that he had to leave the school. And when he did, everyone got excited. I don't think anyone should be put through that. That's why I started the Anti- Bullying Club at my school. Stop bullying! It HURTS!
