The report, written by internationally renowned PhD's and MD's, is an unprecedented, comprehensive analysis of the links between a variety of common household / industrial toxins and learning/behavioral disorders in children, including ADD and autism. The report also highlights the utter failure of the nation's regulatory system to protect children.

The National Center for Cultural Competence (NCCC) provides training, assistance, and resources to help health and mental health programs ensure their delivery systems are culturally and linguistically competent. One of their projects is specifically focused on children and youth with special health care needs.

Research and Training Center on Family Support and Children's Mental Health
Portland State University, Portland, Oregon. This Center contains information about recent research, publications and other activities in the field of children's mental health.

The Georgetown University Center for Child and Human Development provides information for families who have children and youth with special needs, and particularly those who are at risk or have mental health needs.

The National Technical Assistance Center for Children's Mental Health at the Georgetown University Child Development Center currently offers Special Analysis: Child Welfare Managed Care Reform Initiatives - The 1997/98 State Survey of the Health Care Reform Tracking Project: Tracking State Managed Care Reforms as They Affect Children and Adolescents with Behavioral Health Disorders and Their Families.

The Health Care Reform Tracking Project is a five-year national study (1995-1999) designed to track and analyze the impact of public sector managed care reforms on children and adolescents with emotional and substance abuse problems, and their families.
