I Care Because

Up since middle school & now i am still bullied. but more back in middle school. it mostl likely stopped when i got to high school. but i was still ridiculed & haunted by what people called me. I can never put away what they have haunted within me. I only wish to be able to talk to some one. But i have no confidence in myself. I have always been afraid to speak up. I hurt people because of what i have been through in my past & what i am still going through now. I only wish that someday i can be a better person. I know that, that can only happen if i start making some good new changes in my life. But it is so hard.

bullying can effect many people and most people who bully dont understand what is going on with the person they are bullying. I also feel bad for the bully because they might be having emotional problems and dont know what to do with the pain so they give the pain to other people.

I was bullied from 4th grade up till now, and i know how hard it is to deal with. Being laughed at every day at school, being called horrible names (that I won't repeat); having garbage thrown at you, people calling you "ugly". It destroys your mind, and affects your outlook on life. Honestly, it helps to do your best to ignore it. Bullies are insecure, so they make others feel like crap. Some of them ave problems as well, they just lay their problems on us. It is important to realize it will pass. It will always pass. You need to stay as strong as you can.Talk to someone, write in a journal. Do not bully back, be as nice as you can to them so they will stop. I hope this helps somebody.

i am deeply disturbed that i was involved in a bullying incident.

i am older and wiser and know the results of such negative actions.

if only i could take it back...i would do it immediately...i am sorry terry...what you were put through...you did not deserve such treatment...i don't know where you are at today...but i hope you found the peace, love and happiness you deserve...again i am deeply sorry and hope that some how this reaches you and all those others who are who are being bullied.
