PACER PAL
AI Assistant
Welcome to PACER PAL (Parent Ally for Learning), a closed-source AI system that will help parents find quick answers to simple questions about special education and other disability-related services. PACER knows that families of children with disabilities have questions 24/7, and this tool makes PACER’s trusted information more accessible when parents need it most.
As a closed-source system, it will not scrape the entire internet for answers. Instead, PACER PAL was trained using information primarily produced by PACER or selected by PACER, such as Minnesota special education state and federal law. This curated selection of content makes its guidance more consistent and specialized.
Our parent advocates will continue to be available to provide support to families. PACER PAL complements our human expertise—it does not replace it. To learn more about PACER PAL, visit our FAQs page.
Please complete the anonymous survey upon completion of testing. We value your feedback to ensure this tool is a robust resource for families.
