I Care Because

its not fair

Michelle, 14, Denver,Colorado

The reason i speak out against bullying is because i recently became a fan of this organization called "Life Vest Inside" and when i was reading about it one of theyre main goals was to prevent bullying through kindness. When i saw the video i was so touched that i started going through to more videos! I just started crying after every video knowing that there are people out there who can treat others that way. So my new motto is "lets stop speaking against bullying but for kindness". We NEED change NOW!

Bullying makes kids feel depressed. Many kids feel bad about themselves because of bullies. I am sometimes bullied ,but I always try to ignore the bullies comments.

Karolina, 12, IL

I think bullying needs to stop millions of kids are suffering from this terrible thing. Bullies are just kids who want to overpower others they want to make others feel bad about themselves. But don't let them bully you stand up for your rights and your friends. You are a human being and don't deserve to be treated like this. You are strong and everyone belives in you!!

Alyssa, 12,

I feel that many get bullied online i want to take action, please if you can show me. my school hardly physically bullies, but there are hurtful words. And comments online. I feel like my word wont make a difference, but i feel like i will be the only one who feels to take the risk of speaking up! I want to take action.

yisel, 11, irvingtx

My freshman year of high school, one of my best friends was being bullied, and I tried my best to help him. After a while though, it got to the point where he stopped trusting people, including me, which caused him to not talk to me anymore. He switched to an online school for a couple weeks, but he still was being bullied. In the end, he committed suicide. Because of bullying, I lost my best friend, who was such a creative person. Nobody should have to deal with that... EVER.
